One look at Nori’s puppy pictures and she made us smile - we’ve never stopped. Nori enjoys life to the fullest extent - she is the spark plug in our household. Her over-the-top attitude made her a challenge in the show ring as a youngster, but she managed to finish her Championship with impressive majors and a Breed win from the puppy class. As a mature girl, with very limited specialing, she has several nice Breed wins. Nori will take her exuberance with her into the whelping box in the spring of 2006. We can’t wait to see the results, as we know we have a lot more smiles in our future. Nori was owner-handled by Sue to her Championship and to her Breed wins. Heartfelt thanks to Deann and Lee Christianson for allowing Nori to be a part of the clan at Coreymore. Life would not be the same without her. |

Toby suffered a severe shoulder injury at the ripe old age of 4.5 months. It has been a very long road back, but he will finally begin a show career during the new year. He has been a tolerant and cooperative youngster through extensive rehab activities and occupies a very special place in our hearts.
We are proud of Toby’s litter mates: • Coreymore Here Comes the Sun, “Darby”, is half way to her Championship and can count a BOS Best in Show in her accomplishments. She is also working on obedience skills. • Coreymore Summer Wind, “Nicky”, is pointed with a BOS win over male specials. • Watch for Coreymore Walking on Sunshine, “Angie” in the new year. |

Best In Futurity - Merci Isle 2Kill A Mockingbird
The Twenty-Second Annual American Whippet Club Futurity was held on Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at the Phoenix Marriott Mesa Hotel in Mesa, AZ. The Futurity Judge was Mr. David Samuelson of Dashing Whippets. Mr. Samuelson had an entry of 113 dogs.
Best In Futurity was awarded to Merci Isle 2Kill A Mockingbird, from the 6-8 month puppy bitch class. Breeders: Iva Kimmelman, Rachel Amado and Henry Heil. Owner: Iva Kimmelman.
The winners of 1st in each class won $81.22, 2nd $60.92, 3rd $40.61 and 4th $20.31. The winner of Best In Futurity was presented with a check for $1093.40.
It was an honor to have Mr. Samuelson judge the Futurity. Special thanks goes to Pat Dresser and Wendy Clark for ring stewarding the event.
