| Dawn was an extraordinary show dog, with her 16 BIS, AWC Best of Breed, 87 Group 1st, #1 Hound Bitch 2002 and other rankings. Mom Ruby led the way with her own show record of #1 Whippet all systems 1996 and breed 1997.

...brought both good and bad. On the plus side, there were six new champions, two new Specialty BIS winners and a few nice youngsters who won their first points. Special congratulations go to Ch. Bohem Belle du Jour (Audrey) and Charles W. Carroll, Jr. on the Group wins, SBIS and Hound Show BIS.
Audrey’s sister Ch. Bohem C’est la Vie produced two handsome boys in August (sired by Ch. Sportingfields Jazz Fest), co-bred with Jil Walton. That was the total extent of last year’s breeding activities, which should suffice to maintain our status as “one of the world’s oldest, smallest and most successful kennels of its kind.” There have been well over 100 champions and 29 BIS/SBIS winners over the years.
No litters are planned, but there may be one or two more co-bred Bohem litters in the future.

His puppies are doing well in the ring and have the same wonderful temperament as he has.
