Select Ch. In Vogue’s Miss Fortune, FCh, DPC, TRP
(MSBIS Ch. Plumcreek Hollowell In Flight x Ch. Halmarque Up and In Vogue, LCM, DPC, TRP)
Merle’s first litter hit the field this summer and earned the following titles:
Ch. In Vogue’s Miss Fortune (Margie) – In lure coursing, she earned her FCH and is over half way to her LCM. In straight racing - DPC and TRP titles, and she has also started winning ARX points. Margie was the top CWA conformation dog of 1999. She was also chosen for an Award of Merit at the Midwest Specialty.
In Vogue’s Fortune at halmarque (Donna) – earned her ASFA FCH and her TRP in straight racing. She also has a first (BOB) toward her LCM.
In Vogue’s Fortune cookie (Gretel) – earned her ASFA FCH and her TRP in straight racing.
In Vogue’s Fortune teller (Carmen) – She earned a first toward her FCH her first weekend running. Sadly, she sustained a serious injury her second weekend out and took the rest of the year off for a full recovery. We hope to have her out running next year.
Merle was bred to SBIS Ch. Chelsea Goldrush of Keynote for her second litter.
Watch for the “Rush” kids in the ring and field and track next year!

Gus is an aesthetic experience - a dog for the canine connoisseur. He is mellow, full-bodied, with exceptional smoothness of finish. Gus is never to be rushed, only enjoyed.
Thank you Connie and judges for the great wins that put Gus in the 1999 Top 20. Our hopes are high for 2000.

DC TnT’s She’s A
Heartbreaker, LCM5, CR
(Cherché Windjammer Barefoot x Ch Jetstreams Peppermint Twist)
Blondie was quite busy in 1999. While finishing her conformation championship, she still found the time to earn an additional LCM, finish the year in ASFA’s Top Ten for the third year in a row, go open field coursing on weekend, and squeeze in a few race meets. We are very proud of the little Blonde bitch and look forward to more fun with her. |

Heartbreaker, LCM5 (Blondie) and TnT’s Heart To Believe, LCM (Spencer). He was ranked #6 in the
ASFA Top Ten as of October, 1999. In 1998, he was ranked 13th for the year on the Top Twenty.
At his untimely death, Nitro was only 63 points away from his LCM4.
His name fit him well.

Quiche
was a once in a lifetime bitch. She literally changed our lives,
with the introduction to dog shows, and thus the many treasured
friends we have made around the world. She helped to raise
our children, and left an amazing legacy of her own.
We feel blessed to have enjoyed her graceful presence and unconditional love for over 14 years, and will forever hold countless, wonderful memories of Quiche close to our hearts. She was, and will remain, our "vision" of what we strive to breed for here at Starline. |
